normal commission
with normal commissions i work closely with you & you decide how the artwork looks on every step, with plenty revisions on the sketch to ensure everything is perfect. this is the default mode of operation for me.if you're not looking for anything specific or just like what i do, you might like to give me artistic freedom.
artistic freedom
with an artistic freedom commission i get to have fun and pick the pose, palette or other specifics based on your loose guidance. please mention it beforehand if you'd like to order on these terms!if you'd rather have things exactly your way, opt for a normal commission instead.
terms of service
🟊 you may not alter the artwork in any way.🟊 you may not repost my art anywhere, please share directly from my social media. you can learn why reposting hurts artists here.🟊 you may not reproduce, trace or copy my artwork for the means of profit, use as NFTs, use in AI art generation, nor claim the artwork as your own.🟊 all of my art is copyrighted under the name "k-veikur illustration".🟊 i reserve the right to upload the finished product on any social media sites as examples of my work and to promote myself as an artist for hire.🟊 i have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.🟊 i will not do any major changes to the lineart after i’ve finished drawing it; please do not approve the sketch for lining unless you’re 100% sure about it.🟊 the prices presented here are estimates, each commission is custom-made and as such is quoted individually per piece. they do not include things like detailed tattoos, scenery, special requests etc. i will price your request once we talk about what you'd like done.🟊 i will not work with text only as a reference. please have at least a few reference images on hand along with your text. ideally draw a little doodle, no matter your skill level!🟊 my work time can be very unpredictable, which is why i err to a longer delivery time. usually i work rather slow and i can't predict bursts of motivation, so it's best you don't commission me if the artwork is needed very urgently.🟊 by commissioning me you agree to these terms of service and any violation of these is your responsibility.
payment terms
🟊 payment in advance is the full price for sketches, 1/2 of the total price for everything else.🟊 i will not start any work on your commission until i receive the downpayment.🟊 i will only refund the advance payment if i did minimal work and the commissioner backs out. at any other time, the advance is non-refundable. i will only refund the advance payment if i cannot finish the commission for any reason.🟊 i only accept paypal invoices as a payment method with the only currency accepted being euro (€). paypal converts currencies automatically so you don't have to worry about that.🟊 THE INVOICE HAS TO BE PAID IN FULL WITHIN A WEEK (7 days). i only allow exceptions if you message me beforehand. if the full price isn't paid by the deadline and i have not set up a payment plan with you i will cancel the invoice and won't continue to work on your commission.
